For luncheon planning, people were encouraged to register ahead of time if
possible.
There wasn't a deadline, but Sister wanted people to register ASAP.
Those who didn't register ahead of time could still come and pay at the door.
(One could not pay by credit card at the door.)
Accommodations:
A special group rate of $89 plus tax per room per night was available April
30 - May 3, 2009, at the Minneapolis Airport Marriott hotel.
